GE DASH3000 Patient Monitor Can not Being Turned On--Repairing Case

Faculty Phenomena :Power light can not being lighted up,there's no showcase after pressing the turn On Keypress

1.Check the AC power supply and & Fuse,is all of them are working well.

2.Suppected that there's something wrong with the mainboard,test the electricty flow,if shows 18V is workable,mainboard DC Output 8V/+12V/-12V are all defined as normal.

3.Pull the DIP press and the Reset Or ON Position,and restart the monitor,if faculty still,pls see the next step.

4.Measure and test the power of the displayer,if it's normal,can exchange the dispalyer with the same series monitors,if the faculty still exist,then next step.

5.seek for small drops,if it happens,and one of the Intel boards which PN:E28F320J5-120 is different,it's suspected that the Intel board is burnt down,solution:Change the Intel Board (8F320J5-120) and rewrite the EPROM,and test again.
