Malfunction: GE Solar8000 Tram451 module the blood pressure cannot go up

September 5, 2019

Latest company news about Malfunction: GE Solar8000 Tram451 module the blood pressure cannot go up

Malfunction: when the GE Solar8000 monitor measures the blood pressure, (the blood pressure reaches about 90) the blood pressure cannot go up

Fault analysis: blood pressure fault is a common fault of the monitor.

The main reasons are as follows:

(1) leakage of cuff;

(2) connection pipeline leakage;

(3) insufficient air pump pressure;

(4) air release valve failure;

(5) failure of blood pressure plate (air pump power supply circuit)

GE Soalr8000 monitor is mainly composed of host, collector and display.After the failure, the blood pressure cuff was replaced as before. Therefore, it can be judged that it was an internal fault of the collector.

Troubleshooting: disassemble the collector (TRAM module). First check the air pump and the air pump pipeline. There is a single guide through the filter between the air pump and the air pump pipeline.Inspection found that the pipeline is normal.Check the power supply of the pump is 12V. Add power to the pump directly with an external 12V power supply. The pump pumping is normal and the amount is normal, indicating that the above parts are normal.That leaves the solenoid valve and the blood pressure circuit board malfunctioning.

The solenoid valve on the blood pressure plate in the GE Solar8000 collector is screwed.Remove the solenoid valve for maintenance.(electromagnetic valve by valve and high pressure exhaust valve two parts), electromagnetic valve, general power up test test is found an obvious "man", another without a "man" sound, the sound of electromagnetic relay in the valve opening and closing) shows that this electromagnetic valve is not normal, replace the solenoid valve, installed collector computer test, troubleshooting.
